The initial assessment is important when learning a foreign language as it provides information to the teachers who assess it, regarding the knowledge that determines the level of language command of an individual in a given foreign language. This is necessary in order to identify each learner’s needs in terms of future work in the areas of grammar, vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, comprehension. The learner’s results allow teachers to adapt the curriculum for a certain language level to the individual needs of the learner, so that with appropriate exercises, the effectiveness of the training can be achieved in accordance with the requirements of the relevant foreign language proficiency standard.
The inital assessment takes 30 minutes and determines your level of language command between A0 and C1. In each subsequent section the questions are of greater difficulty, but please complete the test to the end in order to identify your level of language command with maximum accuracy based on the result obtained.
